Christiansburg Trustee Describes Springfield as 'A Concept'

CHRISTIANSBURG — A village trustee told a nearly full room that Springfield is “a concept more than a place,” then gave directions to it anyway.

“You feel Clark County before you see it,” he said.

Honey Creek Cemetery was mentioned as a landmark, which the room accepted. A man in a Tecumseh Arrows cap nodded once, the international sign for I live closer to the concept.
