ST. PARIS — A shopper leaving the Thrifty Falcon on S Springfield St walked the sidewalk like a runway, bags swinging with the confidence of someone who found a deal and wants the village to know.
"If you pay full price, you're doing tourism wrong," she said.
No one had accused her of tourism.
