MECHANICSBURG — Rotary presented a small plaque and a large round of applause to a member who attended every meeting this quarter without once claiming to be “stuck behind a train” on the way in from US-36.
The honoree credited coffee — possibly from Hemisphere or Simple Coffee, sources differ — and guilt.
Upcoming projects include a park cleanup and a fundraiser where the raffle prize is more raffle tickets.
