URBANA — Organizers say this year’s Champaign County Fair at the fairgrounds on Park Avenue will feature classic midway energy, 4-H excellence, and enough powdered sugar to alter local weather patterns.
New this year: slightly clearer restroom signage and the same argument about whether elephant ears count as a meal — preferably settled after a stop at Crabill’s on the way home.
